Despite its healing properties, palm wine should be sipped moderately, just like any alcoholic beverage. Palm wine overconsumption can cause addiction and liver damage, among other health issues. Additionally, it's crucial to make sure the palm wine is properly fermented and sterile from any dangerous microorganisms.
